BEEF STIR FRY RECIPE:

• 500g of Beef stir fry from Tunstall Meat Company.

• 2 Bell peppers, sliced.

• 1 Onion, sliced.

• 3 cloves of garlic, minced

• Soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil to taste.

• Cooked rice or noodles to serve. 

*** Method *** 

1.    Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef until browned.

2.    Add garlic, onion and peppers. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.

3.    Season with soy sauce and ginger. Serve over rice or noodles.
